Return Policy

We do not entertain or accept returns in case of avoidance of doubt. We offer returns and exchanges according to the following guidelines.

Return Policy for Dairy Products

Maha Berjaya Frozen Food Sdn Bhd offers a 5-day return policy for dairy products purchased from our website or 1 day if it is purchased from retail stores. Customers may return their purchase within 5 (1 day if retail) days of purchase, provided that the product is unopened and in its original packaging and/ or out of date or expired.  Furthermore, the product is not eligible for return if it has been cooked. Customers must return the product in its original condition, with proof of purchase and a valid receipt. Customers who return their purchase within 5 (1 day if retail) days will be eligible for a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

Return Policy for Frozen Meat Products

Maha Berjaya Frozen Food Sdn Bhd has a strict no-return policy for all frozen meat products purchased from our website or retail stores. We allow for exceptions only if the wrong product was delivered, packed incorrectly, the purchased quantity differs from the received product, and/ or is out of date or expired. Furthermore, the product is not eligible for return if it has been cooked. Customers must return the product in its original condition, with proof of purchase and a valid receipt. Returns within 2 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund, inclusive of original shipping costs.

Return Policy for Fresh Meat Products

Maha Berjaya Frozen Food Sdn Bhd has a no-return policy for all fresh meat products purchased from our website or retail stores. Exceptions are only made in the event that the wrong product was delivered, packed incorrectly, the received quantity differs from the purchased quantity, and/ or is out of date or expired. We cannot accept returns of any cooked meat products. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, along with proof of purchase and a valid receipt, within 2 days of purchase. Refunds will include original shipping costs.

Cancellation

Should the Customer decide to cancel an order that has been placed, a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price will be applied.
