Maha Berjaya Frozen Food Sdn Bhd Shipping & Delivery Policy

Maha Berjaya Frozen Food Sdn Bhd is committed to ensuring that our customers receive their orders as quickly and safely as possible. We offer delivery services through 3rd party service providers.

Fresh Products: All fresh products will be delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed and will be shipped in insulated boxes to ensure the products remain fresh during the delivery process.

Frozen Products: All frozen products will be shipped in insulated boxes and will be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Diary Products: All dairy products will be shipped in insulated boxes and will be delivered within 72 hours of the order being placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept the delivery at the specified address and that payment for the order is received prior to delivery. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery service provider may contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery date and time. 

Maha Berjaya Frozen Food Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the delivery service provider. If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, please contact the delivery service provider directly.
