How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order by calling our customer support We will not be able to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.
Can I edit my order?
Yes, you can edit the order by calling our customer support number +60 12-392 4663 or on chat within 15 mins of placing the order. The customer support agent can help you to add/remove individual items within the order.
Can I get a refund for my order?
The customers are eligible to receive a refund for their purchases, with certain conditions. These conditions include when wrong orders have been delivered, when we are unable to deliver the ordered items due to unavoidable circumstances or when items are missing from the order list.
The partial refund cannot be accepted once your order is sent for processing or out for delivery.
Any modification on the order, the existing order will be cancelled and replaced with the new order number.
Note:
For refunds, you will be requested to provide your name, bank name, and bank account number. The refund process will also be communicated via email.
